Joel Ross has been hired as director of strategic partnerships at Woodward Design+Build. Stephen Kirsch has been hired as director of human resources and talent development.

Waldemar S. Nelson and Company has promoted William Rushing Jr. to senior vice president – civil/environmental/architectural department; Anthony Beard and Joel Dorsa to assistant vice president – civil/environmental/architectural department; Jason Cummings to staff engineer – project management department; Jesse Hemeter to staff engineer – civil/environmental/architectural department; and Mary Jenkins to staff engineer – mechanical department.

HR NOLA has hired Danielle Duvigneaud and Nick McDonald as HR generalists.
